Solitude

Sometimes it feels like everyone is against you,
And even the silliest of issues can make you go wild.

Feels like nobody cares, nobody wants you,
When even your own people take you for granted.

When they shower complaints upon you,
Making you sink deeper into your guilts.

When they give you a reason to burst out,
And making you cry, they laugh out loud.

When they fail to read your eyes,
When they like to hear you shout.

When that lump in the throat is ever-settled there,
When they deliberately try to provoke you.

When you slam the door shut on their face,
That’s the time you feel like you need some time,
You need some solitude, you need more space.
