Acceptance

The one major reason for most of our grievances is ‘CHANGE‘. Be it in any form, change of situation, change of people, change of mind, change of feelings etc etc. We get so comfortable with one thing that we are unable to adjust when it is gone or taken away from us.

At some point of time, we need to realise that nothing stays forever. Nothing is eternal, nothing is permanent. A bad Today doesn’t guarantee that Tomorrows wouldn’t be better. Changes are meant to occur. It is the inevitable rule of nature.

One thing we need to do is to learn to ACCEPT. We need to learn to accept things as they are, be it people, situations or anything else. Just go with the flow. Don’t keep holding onto things, don’t depend on anybody. Don’t resist changes. Be strong, be unmoved, learn from them, rise above them!
