Hello guys, Firefly is back with some hilarious stuff again. 😻 As I promised in my last post, I said Goodbye to the thought LOG KYA SOCHENGE! πŸ™‹ There are so many poems that I never shared, I was literally ashamed of posting them, I feared what people will say when they’ll read them! 😨 But today, when my Mumma inspired me to write some light-hearted stuff, I’m here with a Funny poem I wrote 6 years back! 😍

It was when I was in 8th standard. Our new session used to start in April, and we had to attend school in that scorching heat when we didn’t feel like studying at all. πŸ˜‘ And hence, my mind threw out it’s ‘poetic frustration’ on blank pages. πŸ˜‚ Have a look! 😻

SCHOOLS ARE FOR FOOLS!

There’s a building called as School,
Which is certainly made for fools!

Whole day ends in doing homework,
Isne hai banaya humari life ko nark!

Padh-padh ke itna, udd jaate hain fuse,
Itna study karne ka there’s no use.

Studies are just a burden on our head,
And listening to it’s name, we get DEAD!

Just because of these schools,
We’ve to be bound with stupid rules!

Schools dete hain non stop tension,
Itni padhai karne ki we don’t even get pension!

Studies may be good, studies may be bad,
But opening the books just makes us mad!

Boring studies and stupid tuitions,
Inka hai ek permanent solution.

Just be happy, just be cool,
And let the fools, go to School!Β

  3. Nice to read this poem after so long time.Real feeling of a child fed up of studies. It is very good method to release tension that you write what you feel.Just for yourself you write.Don’t think about others.Now you have courage to share your thoughts for that particular time.Our thoughts change every minute and this is only life,the journey of thoughts. Your thoughts are mature for the world but I know that there is a child inside you which you don’t want to show others. Be real. Don’t hide your emotions for the sake log kya sochenge. Always write with your heart. don’t hesitate to share with others and you don’t need acceptance from everyone. God bless you.

    4. Yes. It’s an annual thing. I’m afraid the registration will have closed by now. This is the 7 th edition of the challenge! The challenge is to publish 26 posts, one for each one of the alphabet. (As in, the title has to start with the letter) Yes, I just prepared in advance because I’ll be busy in April! 😁
